CLASS OFFERINGS

    • Join us for Foundations XFormer Pilates, the perfect class for beginners looking to build a strong foundation in this transformative practice. In a welcoming and supportive environment, you’ll learn the essential principles and movements of Xformer Pilates, focusing on the elements of the machine and how to effectively use them for your body.

      This class is ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise after a break, or anyone looking to refresh their Pilates practice. No prior experience is necessary.

    • Experience the power of a full-body workout with our Full Body class! Designed for all levels, this class will engage every muscle group with a strong focus on core.

      Each session targets your core, arms, legs, and back, ensuring a balanced and effective workout.

      The class content will vary each day, targeting different muscle groups so that no two classes are ever the same.

STUDIO POLICIES & FAQS

  • We have a 6 hour cancellation policy, meaning you can cancel up to 6 hours before your class starts. If you cancel within our 6 hour cancellation window, you will be charged a late cancel fee.

    • $15 fee per late cancellation

    • $20 no-show fee and loss of session/class

    We charge these fees automatically every Friday.

  • Registering for the waitlist is treated the same as registering for a class. If you are moved from the waitlist into class more than one hour before the class time, your credit will be used.

    • When prompted to join the waitlist, choose “Yes, add me to the Waitlist.”

    • If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added into class.

    • We recommend removing from waitlist if you are on a waitlist for a morning class before going to bed as you could be added 1 hours prior to class time.

    • If you are added into class and do not attend, any purchase option that class was booked with will lose the credit and unlimited members will be charged $15 for late-cancel or $20 no-show.

    • If a client has not arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled start time for class, their spot can be forfeited by a waitlist or walk-in client unless they call before the start of class and confirm that they are coming to class, but running late

    1. Comfortable Workout Clothes: Choose athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Fitted clothing is preferable to avoid any interference with equipment.

    2. Water Bottle: Staying hydrated during your workout is crucial, so bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.

    3. Socks: We require grip socks for better traction on the reformer. You can bring your own or purchase them at our front desk.

    If you are new, arrive 15 minutes early to set up and acclimate to the environment.

  • The XFormer machine has several unique features, including: front and back stationary platforms, a mobile carriage with springs and various straps and handles for different exercises. Bungee cords and other accessories will be used.

    The XFormer machine was created by the owner of a boutique fitness studio in Los Angeles who wanted a reliable and easy-to-maintain reformer for high intensity workouts.

  • As with anything in life, you know your body best.

    If you were regularly taking Pilates or other strength classes before pregnancy, you can continue participating as long as you feel comfortable and have received your doctor's approval. Be sure to discuss your plans with your healthcare provider before returning to class.

    For post-pregnancy activity, always consult with your physician to ensure you're cleared for exercise. Be kind to your body and take your time easing back into your workout routine.

    Please inform the instructor before class so we can provide any necessary modifications.
